VISION Conference 2026: An Eighteen-Day Content Calendar for a 25-Year Milestone

VISION Conference 2026 is a case study in scheduling a hard deadline. Over one eighteen-day flight, August 17 to September 3, 2026, Bright Ideas Company partnered with Quad A (AAFA Inc.) to turn the 25th anniversary of VISION Conference into eighteen scheduled, fully-written social designs across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, covering theme and pillar strategy, platform-specific copy, a 25th-anniversary visual system with story treatments, UTM-tracked registration tracking, and the daily systems that ran the account through close.

The theme, The Wealth Shift: Ownership, Legacy and the Next Era, carried the account toward a single date: September 10 to 12 at the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C., where fifty-eight speakers and twenty-two sessions marked 25 years since LeCount R. Davis became the first Black CFP professional in the United States and built the association to make sure he wasn’t the last.

A single Stephen A. Smith fireside teaser pulled 41,107 views and 1,290 profile visits, proof the platform-specific approach was working before the flight even closed. This recap walks through the full process, phase by phase, from strategy through the final Last Call post.
