Working From the Inside Out: Triple B Challenge with Order of Ascension Crew

Go forward but get back to where you were when you were complete. Get to know me, click here for an all about.

This new moon we’re setting intentions to create balance and new habits. We’re going to be working together but at our own individual pace. We’ll be doing a different fast every week for six (6) months (June 2021) starting today (December 2020), to develop a focus on three things: brain, brand, and body. Pick four (4) habits you want to fast from and every week either pick new ones, mix them up, or continue on your journey the way you see fit. Just make sure you stick to the script. You can drop out at anytime but we, the collective, ask that you join us in cycles of 7 (days that is).

For your brand, get in tune with you. What are some hobbies you have? What ideas have been flowing through? Are you a great speaker, reader, or developer? Let’s put a list together of some ventures you can embark on to increase your equity and generate some revenue or simply just feeling good about yourself if that’s a home manicure and pedicure, sleep, or taking yourself out.

For example, for week one I am: (1) working out 30 minutes a week, (2) omit eating any animal meat or by products, (3) do one thing at a time and keep schedule to develop managing my projects, (4) no drinking alcohol or smoking weed. I am replacing these habits with drinking more herbs, practicing yoga and mediation consistently, exploring industry matters and content to keep my knowledge base fresh, and focus on my business while minding my box. Minding my box, according to sistar Divine, is minding your vagina into a healthy state by avoiding toxic foods and sex, developing your emotional intelligence, and being patient with people: including yourself, practicing transmutation. For my brand, I am producing more content for my audience(s) using my public relations, marketing, and advertising skills; and staying ready or being still until I am ready.

This challenge was inspired by Tony Gaskin’s book I read titled “Single Is Not A Curse”, and for the past few years since I’ve been dating this has been one of my reference tools for a sense of direction especially when I get off track. We’re also getting ready for the great conjunction December 21st, making space so we can have a full download of healing energy that will carry into our next ascension.

Single doesn’t mean alone, it means being autonomous with self first then reflecting that connection in your relationships with others. Practicing self care, love, and wealth creation is some benefits you can manage to factor into your life that will help you and collective consciousness, which is a equal reward for us all. Are you part of the collective human race?

Processing…
Success! You're on the list.

When You Have Heroes as Friends: @SaintTheGoodBoy & Jesse James Saves the Day

Friday, September 7, 2018 King James (Jesse Stringer) and Saint “The Good Boy” (Lennell Davis) was looking for a party during after hours when they approached 79th Phillips and seen a building on fire.

I was told by a source that The Chicago Fire Department was on location and did not immediately respond to the fire. That’s what sparked both guys to go into the building on a rescue mission. Source reported that Jesse asked the Fire Fighters what were they waiting on to go into the building and one of the Fire Fighters responded by allegedly telling him to “go ahead and go in”.

I received a call from Saint shortly after they finished the rescue. For more information on the story, click link here, to get CBS2 Chicago’s account. They awkwardly produced their story deliberately stating that the The Chicago Fire Department’s Fire Fighters immediately responded, when I was told by a source, who was present, that they did not.

Nonetheless, it’s great to know that I have great friends/humans around who will sacrifice to ensure the well being of others. They could have kept riding and assumed that because the Chicago Fire Department was present they would take care of it. This is a good example of leadership and being an active citizen.

Chicago’s Legend in Making @FBG_DUCK Has Self-Confessed Chicago’s Legends

FBG Duck, a Chicago Musical Illustrator, published a video recorded by Money Strong TV on his channel two days ago on Dec. 7, 2019; and with the apparent loss of legends from the City of Chicago, who are without a doubt gone too soon because of various tragic situations; he proclaims their affects in and on culture. In his illustrated story he mentions Jojo, Pappy, Zack TV, Lil Marc, Dooski, Nuski, Fredo Santana, LA Capone, Lil Mister, and Smylez. With the current loss of another great Chicago Legend Juice Wrld; and Famous Dex being recently hospitalized to recover from seizures, there is no concrete word if he has been released, there is much to be concerned about.

The murder and drug epidemic of Chicago has depreciated the circulation of producers in culture from the city, putting the ideas out there to be mocked by upcoming or lurking seasoned artist to develop from other markets. Every artist mentioned has a different level of success, impact, trade, and skill that contributed to the identity of who Chicago is in the urban culture world. A legend is someone who creates or develops a traditional story, who taps into their genius, and sculps a path for others to follow or to observe only to be influenced by their impact. No matter how well known the legend is globally, it can be very well known in pockets or wide areas to be proclaimed a legend.

This brings attention to the social issues that we need to solve in Chicago, and beyond, that deal ultimately with poverty, civic engagement, health, and the brotherhood of humanity. His piece of art pushes towards conversations that need to be had to better our community and restore unity between the gangs or just those who are conflicted and need to heal in order to let go of past conflicts or traumas. In the words of FBG Duck, “just to show yourself a better you”, is worth the participation in helping leaders like him carry messages like this far and wide in the diaspora to help appreciate the progress made in the culture.

I’d like to send love and light to all of the families of our lost and slain ones, even those we lost to non violent tragic situations because we are all still suffering from a bigger issue. Our health, wealth, and our mind state suffers or take constant hits (Urban Dark Hue Beings) because we are in a constant state of oppression while walking dead. We must prescribe a remedy to our ignorance, discipline ourselves, and love one another because the world is depending on it. We are depending on it. You existence is dependent on it.

We don’t die we multiply, so rest peacefully Juice Wrld , Jojo, Pappy, Zack TV, Lil Marc, Dooski, Nuski, Fredo Santana, LA Capone, Lil Mister, and Smylez . We love and wish you all where still among us but we will continue to push y(our) energy, that will never be destroyed, into the world with love.

Lecture You Need to Watch: Dr. Barbara Sizemore’s “Black People Still Don’t Get It”

Credit: TransAtlantic Productions

Barbara Sizemore was an American teacher and researcher in the field of education. In 1973, she became the first African American woman to head the public school system in a major city

This lecture has been saved on my watch later list for years, maybe over 4. I’ve watched it multiple times and I’ve decided to start sharing some of my independent scholarly works including my scholarly work as a member of the City Colleges of Chicago and Governors State University. My independent works satisfy me more because it’s aligned with my passion.

We need to know (blacks, poor, indigenous peoples, etc.) that no one is coming to save us and we need to prepare those coming behind us for the real true world, and not the ideal world they teach us we will graduate into as we fake climb the ladder of success in capitalism and public systems.

Feel free to comment and share your thoughts. Please share this lecture with your people, they need to hear this.

Entrepreneurship is the New Crack, Need Help Curbing the Bad Habits? Here’s a Dose of Inspiration.

I just want to inspire the next person or living being that’s in similar shoes as me. I’ve been going through entrepreneur sickness. You ever been so overwhelmed with opportunities, potential, and prospects that you don’t know where to start? That’s me right now, and helping everyone else settle.

It’s all about the checking of the ego and centering yourself in moods like this because they can possibly drive you to depression or into quick decision making without research and clarity, which will later cause stress. I just recently broke out in hives and I couldn’t figure out where they’d come from. I tracked all the food I ate for the day, and hadn’t eaten anything that was unusual to me. I was then told by a friend that as you get older your body changes which is true but in my current case it’s just not true.

Endurance pierces marble.

North Africa Proverb

So I called my OG (for my foreign people this is my mom), and she informed me that her and my grandmother use to get them from stress; then she told me to get some rest, so I did. I took a camping trip that kind of changed my life and was well needed. It helped me to ground myself and in the midst of my breakout I discovered a natural treatment to relieve the added on stress of the hives. African Black Soap changed my life and so did the company I had on the trip.

Caution comes from God and haste from the devil.

Bantu African Proverb

I learned that all it takes is for you to take small steps and let things go. See as an Aries I hold on to things a little bit longer than I should and I am hard on myself more so than others. This trip helped me reflect on my life for the last 8 years and identify what’s important to me and my passion. Family is important to me and business is never personal, it’s logically based in equity and trust but equally important. Sometimes you could be doing the right things but just be in need of someone you can trust to bounce ideas off of. That’s why people who aren’t a shame to admit they need help seek counsel from therapist, consultants, friends or family. Be cautious and use discernment when navigating as an entrepreneur or simply, in life period. Take your time, don’t let it beat you and control it.

Mapping Global Media and Contra-Flow: Discussion

What is the global media landscape? How has it evolved over the past decades? What role has UNESCO played in the shaping of the global media landscape?

The global media landscape is the digital technology and aesthetics of the flow of media. It has evolved over the last decade by allowing the global and contra-flow of media to flow in different directions (export and import). This allows those who didn’t have access to other nations or target audience to expand their base or reach a larger audience. The UNESCO role, which is the mediator, has shaped the global media landscape. It helps to report information to the key players involved providing them with education for a better understanding of culture scientifically. I think that this allows all parties involved to make better decisions when it comes to the trading of communication and media commodities.

Who are the major media players (companies and countries)? What is meant by ‘subaltern’ contra-flows? Are these anti-hegemonic or pro-American? Why?

The major media players in terms of countries is United States, Europe, and Asia. The major media company players are CNN (US), ESPN (US),  Disney (US), Discovery (US), Hollywood (US), Google (US), BBC (Europe), CNBC (US), Wall Street Journal (US), Japanese Animation (Japan), etc.( Thussu, 12).

What is meant by “subaltern Contra-flows”, is an sub-alternate flow that flows culture from one place to another by a constituent from another region (Thussu,11-13) . For example, there are two  types of Contra-Flows: Transnational and Geo Cultural  (Thussu,12) . Transnational is a subaltern flow that consist of multi-vocal, multimedia, and multi-directional flows (Thussu,11-13).

According to the text, Thussu states that global media traffic isn’t just one way, even with the US at core. I think that this shows that the subaltern flows is anti-hegemonic even though they may be hybridized (Thussu,18-21). The goals of these subaltern flows is to create a flow that counters the dominant flows, giving the world audience a different perspective of culture and creativity (Thussu, 10-13).

Watch Homecoming: A Film by @Beyonce on @Netflix #MustSee #Inspiring #Doc

I was up until 6 A.M. getting my entire life at Beychella Homecoming. I am so inspired by this woman. Her creativity, dedication and hard work gives you hope out here in this “White Man’s World”, as a “black person”. I’ve heard many say “African Americans” have no culture, and Bey just wasn’t letting it slide as the “First African American” to headline Coachella. She came with the sugar, honey, tea, and lemonade for those who don’t know the history of the United States of America and its relational cultural flow.

Her HBCU theme was brilliant with features from Jay-Z, Destiny Childs, Solange, and her selected homecoming participants of HBCUs.

She made it look cool to accept struggles and failures of culture as a collective. She made sure that it was enough representation to go around for everyone, especially for brown folks in America. I’m pretty sure you’ve already seen it, but if you haven’t it’s a must. She gives you a behind the scenes look at what it took for her to put on a grand performance. It was packed with so much energy that I cried a few times during her performance, and remind you I did see it when it was streamed live but I just wasn’t expecting to see her in such a vulnerable state, as a woman, being that she is a very private person.

I read in between the lines. Bey checked a lot of people who had something to say about her, over her 22-year career. One of her songs was coded with a message to the conspiracy theorist who follow the stories of the mass appeal and manipulation of the Illuminati occult {Formation}. Overall her music direction told a beautiful story, and I look forward to watching it again when inspiration is in need.
